I have one sibling, a sister who is 1 year and 8 months older than me. The funny thing about us is that even though we have grown older, experienced many things in life, we are pretty much the same girls who shared a room for most of our adolescence. 

Well, I should say that I love it now that I live in Florida, it wasn’t always my favorite time of year. Originally from upstate New York (Albany area) winter for me meant cold, ice, snow, slush, shoveling, etc.

Communication is the key to progression, no matter what your company’s business is. Whether you’re a start-up or well-established organization, positive thinking and good communication can have a lasting effect from each individual’s well-being to the overall health of your company. It encourages accountability, instills confidence within the ranks, and promotes the individuals to hone their own set of skills.

I’m one of those people who can’t just sit and watch television. I have to be doing something productive during that time. So a few years ago I taught myself how to do peyote beading and started making jewelry for myself. How does a person de-stress after a week of telecom regulatorydevelopments and related activities on behalf of telecom providers with state and federal entities?

Despite the triple play bundle I pay for every month with access to over 900+ channels, it’s a Friday night and there’s “nothing on TV.” So, I fire up Netflix hoping to find something to watch. I have the house, and more importantly the remote, to myself. Such an opportunity should not be wasted. Comedy? Maybe. Romance? Why not. Action? Drama? They all sounded good.

 

For sure, I'm not the only one feeling how fast 2014 is coming to an end. Just the other day I overheard a couple at the grocery store telling their cashier how they saw a Christmas commercial for the first time this season. This made me realize that the Holidays are right around the corner and much preparation is in order. More and more Public Service Commissions and Public Utility Commissions are moving toward mandatory electronic filings for your telecom regulatory compliance reports.  USAC has been strongly encouraging telecom carriers to submit and certify their 499 filings via their E-FILE system for the last 2 years.
