Deregulation of Telecom Services Continues In Delaware

A new law in Delaware (effective June 26, 2013) reduces the Public Service Commission’s jurisdiction over telecommunications service providers that did not elect deregulation in 2008. Among other things, the new law prohibits the PSC from requiring non-electing providers to file tariffs for services other than switched access.
