The Department of Justice withdrew its lawsuit earlier this month to a California net neutrality law earlier that was initiated under the Trump Administration.  However, the litigation continues as a number of internet service providers continue to challenge the legislation.

INCOMPAS, the Internet and Competitive Networks Association, has filed a Petition for Reconsideration with the FCC asking the Commission to reconsider and reverse its decision to uphold the reclassification of broadband Internet access service (BIAS) as a Title I information service.
