California PUC Authorizes Disclosure of Broadband Data 

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) resolved to include household broadband subscription data in its annual California Advanced Services Fund (CASF) project report to the legislature.  Providers’ plans for future broadband deployment will not be shared.
