Connecticut Schedules ROW Hearing

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) announced a public hearing to consider an application filed by Verizon Wireless for approval of a construction plan to install a small cell wireless telecommunications facility on a utility pole within the public right-of-way in Darien.  Verizon asks the PURA to take administrative notice of several decisions and agreements including FCC Bulletin No. 65 with respect to the application.  The hearing will be held on August 30, 2017.  Letters will be accepted form members of the general public through the last day of the hearing.
