Maine Enacts Net Neutrality Law
Maine has enacted a new net neutrality law governing interactions between state entities and Internet service providers (ISPs). This new law restricts when a state entity can enter into a contract, make a grant, or otherwise commit any state funds to an ISP. The law will become effective September 18, 2019.
