The_Mix_logo3.pngThe Regulatory Mix, TMI’s daily blog of telecom related regulatory activities, is a snapshot of PUC, FCC, legislative, and occasionally court issues that our regulatory monitoring team uncovers each day. Depending on their significance, some items may be the subject of a TMI Briefing.

FCC Reminder to All Television Licensees

The FCC's Media Bureau and the Incentive Auction Task Force again reminded all television licensees that it is essential that they ensure that their contact information on file with the Commission is accurate and current.  In addition, the Bureau reminded licensees that important communications may reach recipients more quickly if their contact information is a street address rather than a post office box.
