Maine Reschedules Hearing – Attachments to Joint-Use Utility Poles
The PUC proposes to substantively amend Ch. 880 to include presumptively reasonable and unreasonable terms and conditions, approval criteria or new attaching entities, and resolution of pole attachment disputes. A public hearing will be held on December 6, 2017. Written comments on the proposed rule may be filed no later than December 18, 2017, in Docket Number 2017-00247.

Ohio Opts-In to FirstNet
