The PUC proposes to substantively amend Ch. 880 to include presumptively reasonable and unreasonable terms and conditions, approval criteria or new attaching entities, and resolution of pole attachment disputes.  A public hearing will be held on December 6, 2017.  Written comments on the proposed rule may be filed no later than December 18, 2017, in Docket Number 2017-00247

Ohio Opts-In to FirstNet
