The California PUC adopted an Order that will revise the certification/registration process for telephone corporations (CPCN) and wireless carriers (WIR).
All providers seeking or holding a CPCN and all wireless carriers seeking or holding a WIR will be required to post a bond.
TMI will issue further details in a Regulatory Bulletin for our subscribers as soon as the Order is released.
