wyomingA new Wyoming law will prohibit the Wyoming Public Service Commission from regulating IP enabled or VoIP service. However, VoIP services will be subject to assessment for: (1) the Wyoming USF; (2) the Wyoming 911 or E911 emergency service taxes; (3) the Wyoming special fee for relay service; and (4) the PUC assessment. The legislation becomes effective July 1, 2013.
