The Federal Communications Commission has announced the dates for filing comments and reply comments in its proceeding to adopt rules for rural call completion. Comments on the proposed rules are due May 13, 2013. Reply comments are due May 28, 2013. The proposed rules are intended to address problems in the completion of long distance calls to rural areas.
