As we celebrate our 30th anniversary this month, I think back on prior employers that I have had over the years (more years than I’d like to think about), and I realized that it has been quite awhile since I worked for another organization that had such staffing longevity.  Sure, there may have been some companies that had been around more years than 30, but very few could boast about having employees that were still around after decades with the company.  I hate to admit it, but the last time I worked for a company that had that dedication from its employees was in the late 80’s/early 90’s when I worked in banking.

I think this is certainly a testament to our founder and CEO, Connie Wightman, as well as our current management team, who have fostered this environment at TMI that promotes such a feeling of dedication. I’m very happy to say that I’m part of the “next generation” of TMI (hired within the last decade) and looking forward to many more years.
