In August the Michigan PSC released its annual net metering report summarizing electric provider’s net metering reports to the Commission pursuant to Rule 40 (3). The Commission’s annual reportalso provides information on solar photovoltaic (solar) programs offered by Consumers Energy and DTE Electric.

JD Power Report: Customer Satisfaction Rankings of Power Retailers

The inaugural study measures satisfaction among residential customers of 71 retail electric providers in seven states by examining five key factors: price; communications; corporate citizenship; enrollment/renewal; and customer service.

ETC USAC Election for 2013 Subscriber Recertification is Due Now

ETCs that wish to have USAC handle their subscriber base recertification must notify USAC by email by no later than June 21, 2013 telcolifeline@usac.org.  USAC may respond to the email with an additional request for information that must be received by the 21st.
