The Iowa Utilities Board (Board) has issued an Order clarifying that all alternative operator service (AOS) companies providing inmate calling services (ICS) must file a complete set of new tariffs. In Iowa, ICS providers are registered as AOS companies. The Board said that statements referencing existing tariffs on file will not be considered compliance.
